About Stacey.
Hi my name is Stacey and I have a Diploma certified in Remedial Massage Therapy and also in Swedish, Myotherapy and Trigger point therapy. And is a ATMS credited member.
I have worked in a lot of diverse settings ranging from chiropractic clinics to a health retreat, treating people from all works of life and ailments. Each individual isn’t the same so each treatment is tailored to the individual. The goal is to not only have you feeling comfortable in your treatment with me, but to also have you walking out feeling and moving your best. Goal is to achieve your optimal best in health and wellness.
I has a long standing passion for massage Therapy and has 16 years of experience in the industry of health. With the strong mind frame of mental and physical wellbeing intertwined and creating balance between these two the benefits will show for itself.

Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage uses trigger point therapy as well as muscle energy technique, myofascial release and Swedish techniques. These techniques help alleviate those tension areas such stress tension, muscle soreness, headaches, muscle injuries and referral pain.
In doing so this will help create balance and mobility in the body.

Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage is the feel good of all massages. Using slow rythmic techniques with kneading on the superficial muscles.This swedish massage will leave you calm. Releasing those much needed endorphins and increase circulation to rejuvenate your body leaving your body fully relaxed.
This a time to yourself to melt into the massage table and forget about the world. A nurturing time to calm the mind and reduce those stress levels, or simply check out of reality for hour or 90 min.

Suffer from headaches, migraines or the stress tension headaches. This treatment is perfect for you. This treatment uses remedial massage techniques of trigger points and deep muscular massage techniques targeting those muscle groups.

Cancellations Policy
Allow 12 hours notice for cancellation of appointment or rescheduling. If this is not done you will be charged a 50% cancellation rate of the fee.
Please take note that the massage therapist has the right to terminate, refuse treatment or change the treatment at anytime for any reason.
Stacey is a professional healthcare worker and is NOT a sexual worker. Any form of this the treatment will be terminated, reported to authorities and any further treatment will be refused by the therapist.
